Place yolks, sugar, butter and juice in a small heavy-based saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 7-10 minutes or until butter melts and mixture thickens.
Use a sharp knife to remove the orange segments, cutting close to either side of white membranes. Arrange on serving plates with a few biscuits. Drizzle with warm orange curd, dust with icing sugar and serve.
