Steps to cook

  • Step 1

    Place the cucumber and onion in a sieve to drain. Use the back of a spoon to push excess liquid out.

  • Step 2

    Combine cucumber mixture, green onion, yoghurt and mint in a medium bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill before serving.
